Helena McCallum
Helena is registered psychologist and psychotherapist, and teacher who blends contemporary Western psychology with the deeper approaches of ancient wisdom traditions. She as been a certified practitioner and teacher of Saphire® Imagery, teaching Imagery classes since 2011. She lives at beautiful Mount Macedon, close to Melbourne in Australia. Helena draws upon a holistic focus and works with people over a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship and career issues and the search for meaning in life. She hosts and assists with Catherine Shainberg’s workshops in Australia and actively participates in her courses in Europe and USA. She teaches a regular Imagery class, currently online, and occasional one- to three-day workshops in person.
