A Taste of Imagery for Creative Artists | 18 March | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT (US) / 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM CET (EU)
“The subconscious is the source of all creativity,” writes Catherine Shainberg, founder of the School of Images. If you let it, “….You will experience how the subconscious is the source of all creativity and leads directly to manifestation.”
This free “Taste” is intended to explore briefly how creative artists can more deeply tap into your creativity, dialogue with your images, and trigger artistic expression at new levels and in new ways, as never before.
Mala Kline, Senior Teacher and Certified Practitioner of Saphire® Imagery, and creative artist, will lead this fascinating introduction in a Taste of Imagery for the Creative Artist.
In this free 60-minute session we will look at how we create from dreaming, by inner gazing and by receiving images. Using dreams, imagery, and quick dynamic imaginal exercises, we will try new ways to plunge into the vast pool of awareness that lies beneath the surface of our consciousness, to connect to our all-knowing mind, so we can bring forth the imagery of what we truly desire to manifest as a creative artist, regardless of medium.
As artists, we know that focus on our vision is key. Once when we know what we want or where we want to go, our dreaming is an infallible guide if we give it the space to do its job. We just need to get out of the way and trust. So, we will also briefly explore ways to surrender to the flow of dreaming and imagery without impediment. We will also touch upon how to set the inner timer, so that whatever we are to manifest can arrive on time.
Bonus Opportunity – If you wish to explore this topic in greater depth, Mala is also leading an 2-day workshop on April 14-15 that is more fully experiential and expressive. See the SOI Calendar for details and information on how to register.
