There is a way, with imagery, to heal and transform past trauma of all types including those related to giving birth. DreamBirth® has beautiful exercises to deal with c-sections, miscarriages or any other experience that does not let you reside in joy and faith, or that leaves you unable to expect a good childbirth outcome.
In this series of classes, you will use imagery techniques to release past trauma related to childbirth. Imagery is the language of the body, the language it understands and the language that forms its reality. It is through imagery that yogis can walk on burning coals and not exhibit any burns on their feet.
In the imagery exercises presented in this series, a different experience is created that is felt and experienced more strongly than the memory of the original experience and so the changes are deeper and more permanent.
