Description
Imagery & Children for Parents | April 22, 2023 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EDT (US) / 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM CET (EU)
In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn how imagery and dream work with young people can transform their lives and meet children’s real needs for creativity, problem-solving, self-care and well-being.
Simple, elegant, creative, quick, playful – all these words describe imagery with children. But what exactly is imagery and how can it benefit kids?
Sheona McEwan, SOI Practitioner and Teacher, will draw on her extensive experience with young people to explain why creativity and imagery are such an essential part of children’s development. Together, we will dip into some imagery exercises, observe the impact on ourselves, and then look at how these exact exercises transformed children and adolescents she has worked with. This workshop is for parents who want effective and transformative tools that can easily be used in a home setting.
Sheona McEwan is a counselor and special needs educator based in Den Haag, Netherlands, with extensive international experience in working with children, their parents, and their teachers. In combination with her advanced training in Saphire Imagery, she brings unique skills and empathy to the art of healing and inspiring children.
