Reversing the Plagues | Catherine Shainberg – Live Workshop | 16 – 18 October | Bainbridge Island, WA
Catherine Shainberg returns to Bainbridge Island for her only in-person workshop of 2026! You are invited to join Catherine on this peaceful island in the glorious Pacific Northwest of the US for a workshop on Reversing the Plagues.
Over three transformative days, you will explore the Plagues as metaphors for the trials of modern life, and how we can reverse these influences.
Reversing the Plagues will examine the relationship between Moses and the Pharaoh as metaphors for the Higher Self and Lower Self, respectively. You will practice Saphire® Imagery exercises to repair this relationship. In this workshop, you will focus on the first 5 Plagues. You will also gain a deeper understanding of the Sefirot, which are the Spheres of the Tree of Life.
When illness strikes, should we curse God? Should we fight for our health?
Jacob, our third patriarch, demanded of God that He give us illness so that we would feel the urge to put our house in order. With Adam’s fall we lost our wholeness. Returning to wholeness requires understanding where we deviated and why.
To start the journey back to wholeness, we are going to reverse through the first five plagues to leap into the five perfect creations. We will return to the holiness of the Garden, to the state of Oneness.
The metaphoric number for wholeness in the Hebrew Bible is Ten.
Wholeness requires a soul journey through the desert. The promise is that if we return to Source, to One, to the Godlike Image in the tabernacle of our bodies, we will be restored instantaneously to health and wholeness.
Join Catherine for a meaningful and deeply healing three days in which you’ll plunge deeply into yourself and re-emerge in the present with newfound vitality and balance.

Workshop Schedule –
The daily schedule is:
- OCTOBER 16 + 17 from 9 AM – 5 PM (PST)
- OCTOBER 18 from 9 AM – 1 PM (PST).
There will be four (4) 60-minute sessions on the first two days and two 60-minute sessions on Sunday with 20-minute breaks between each session and a 90-minute lunch break.
Private Sessions with Catherine Shainberg – On Thursday, October 15 Catherine Shainberg will make available a limited number of 30-minute private sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. Information to schedule a session will be found in the registration confirmation sent to all who register. Private session fee is $150, payable upon booking.
