A feeling will instantly clear out all emotions. You cannot be angry when you feel love. There is no place in your body for the two to coexist. Whereas emotions are reactions, a feeling is a response.  cfrustration, guilt and resentment are emotions.  The Life Plan will help transform emotions into feelings, and manifest a new pathway to a fulfilling life.
